Yes! You can submit as many requests as you want. We work through them based on your plan's active request limit and reserved hours. There's no cap on total requests per month—just manage your queue based on your plan's concurrency.

Absolutely. You can pause your subscription anytime from your Portal, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no penalties. We want you to stay because it works, not because you're locked in.

All plans include priority lanes for urgent work. Pro plans get fastest turnaround, but even Base plans can mark requests as urgent. We'll do our best to accommodate—just let us know in your request.

Each plan includes a set number of substantive revisions per request. Base gets 3 revisions, Scale gets 4, and Pro gets unlimited revisions. We want to get it right, so revisions are built into the process.

We include focused revisions with every request. If you're still not satisfied, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right or refund that month's subscription. We stand behind our work.

You'll have access to your Portal where you can see all active requests, their status, timelines, and deliverables. You'll also get email updates at key milestones. Everything is organized and transparent.

Base plans get up to 3 images per SKU (hero + 2 packshots), Scale gets up to 4 (hero + packshots + 1 lifestyle/composite), and Pro plans get up to 4 with advanced retouching and priority scheduling.

You'll need to send us the products to photograph. We'll provide detailed shipping instructions after you subscribe. For Pro plans, we can coordinate on-location or higher-complexity shoots (metered).

You'll receive web-ready exports optimized for ecommerce, plus hi-res files on request. All images are color-corrected and retouched. Pro plans include advanced retouching for premium quality.
